Current boundary
The planned validation flow will need a real support contact in purchase receipts and an operator process for delivery issues, complaints, privacy requests, and refunds. That operating model is not approved or staffed.
No delivery promise, response-time promise, refund outcome, or complaint-resolution outcome is published here.
What must exist before launch
A named and monitored customer-support contact, escalation ownership, refund and privacy-request procedures, and staffed fulfillment coverage must be recorded before checkout is opened.
Until then, the correct status is not launched.
