This is a development status page, not a published privacy notice. Tiny Novelty Lab is not ready to collect live customer data.
Current boundary
The product flow is designed to minimize collection: a selected occasion, a nickname, and an optional short message for a purchased novelty. It must not request sensitive goals, health details, diagnoses, religious beliefs, sexuality, or other sensitive information.
Private delivery links must stay separate from public sharing. Access tokens must not be placed in analytics, support tickets, public links, or screenshots.
What must exist before launch
A reviewed privacy notice, field-by-field data map, retention and deletion procedure, export procedure, and named privacy owner are still required. No retention period or deletion response time has been approved.
Until those items are recorded, do not submit live personal information through this site or rely on this page as a privacy policy.
