Current boundary
Refunds are a merchant policy and a merchant-initiated payment action. A payment processor does not create an automatic refund entitlement for this product.
No “all sales final,” “no refunds,” fixed refund window, or refund-outcome claim has been approved for public use.
What must exist before launch
The merchant identity, consumer-law review, written refund policy, dispute process, and payment-provider operating model must be approved and published before checkout can be offered.
Until then, this page is only a readiness status and is not a customer-service channel.
